WCDAS
Wireless Centrifuge Data Acquisition System (WCDAS) consists of mainly – Data Acquisition Unit Junction Box Desktop Computer
The Data Acquisition unit comprises of all the required Data Acquisition modules with controllers, various DC Voltage power supplies, Ethernet switch for Data Transmission. All channels, AC and DC Voltage & Ethernet wiring are terminated on the Panel with D38999 Series Connectors to interface with the Junction Boxes.
The WCDAS works with a single phase 230VAC Input, which is distributed via terminal block to various AC/DC power supplies in the System.
The connectors employed to accept the different sensor inputs are distributed on the junction boxes LH & RH. The required wiring for the excitation of the sensors and their outputs are wired to the data acquisition system through the external looms. The junction boxes are also distributed with spare connectors for AC, DC voltages and Ethernet.
Two Desktop Computers with 32” LED monitors are supplied for Control and Monitoring of the Data Acquisition. One of them for Display and Recording of the Sensors data and the other for on-line Data monitoring. Separate Application Software will be running on each Desktop Computers for the purpose
