The Grid based Trajectory System RIG hereafter referred as “GTS-RIG” is designed and manufactured for the purpose of Automation of Store movement in X and Z directions with other directions Y, Pitch, Yaw and Roll being pre-set manually
The concept is to cover the stipulated Grid volume, to the given Grid point, kinematics equations to be programmed, programs for safety and diagnostics features for maintenance and trouble shooting.
The Grid based Trajectory System comprises of Two (2) units.
GTS Rig
GTS Control System – Rack
The standards used in Grid Based Trajectory System (GTS-RIG):
Universal Serial Bus (USB)
International Electro
Technical Commission (IEC), Standard Power Cord
LED Indications:
GTS SIGNALS
ITCS SIGNALS
SYSTEM BLOCK DIAGRAM
The GTS RIG works with 230AC Input supply, which is distributed via Power Distribution Unit to connect various instruments / equipment inside the Rack and to Power ON the Motors on the GTS RIG. 24VDC Power Supply required to operate the NI Compact RIO and the Holding Brake and Control Signals. 12VDC Power Supply required to operate Relay board and the Pendant. 5VDC Power Supply required to convert non-potential into TTL for the Digital card.
